'Doom & Gloom' Two-Player Card Game

Doom & Gloom is an easy to learn, quick to play two-player card game with a secret twist.

Players take turns playing cards numbered 1-8, choosing when to stop in order to score points. They must try to play their cards tactically as not to waste higher value cards and bait their opponents into using theirs.

Secret Goal Cards are added to switch up the game - meaning each player has a hidden task that they must achieve whilst trying to prevent their opponent from completing theirs. Maybe now a player has to place the final card, end in a draw or even lose the game!

Doom & Gloom was originally created for an art exhibition in London entitled '&' in which all artists created work based around the ampersand.
